At House of Vee, we are committed to delivering your orders smoothly and on time. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

Product Availability & Dispatch Notice

Please note that some of our items — particularly larger or bulkier pieces such as furniture, large cookware sets and beddings — are stored at our off-site warehouse. To ensure timely fulfillment, we kindly ask that you place your order in advance so we have sufficient time to coordinate the transfer of items to our shop for collection or dispatch.

While we strive to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible, slight delays may occur for warehouse-held items. For urgent orders or specific delivery timelines, please contact us directly before placing your order.

1. Delivery Options & Timelines

Same-Day Delivery (Nairobi Only)

  • Available for orders placed before 6:00 PM
  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be delivered the next day
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available within Nairobi

Outside Nairobi (Next-Day Delivery)

  • Delivered within 1–2 business days depending on location
  • Orders are shipped via G4S Pick-Up Stations or bus courier services
  • Applicable delivery fees apply

2. Shipping Costs & Payment Terms

Nairobi Deliveries

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) available
  • Delivery charges vary based on location and will be confirmed upon order

Outside Nairobi Deliveries

  • Full payment (100% of item cost + shipping fee) is required before dispatch
  • Fees may vary for remote areas or bulky items
  • Any changes to fees will be communicated to you in advance

3. Important Shipping Information

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details including address and phone number
  • Orders not collected from G4S within the specified time may be returned to us
  • In case of delays beyond our control such as weather or courier issues, we will keep you informed promptly

4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once an order has been shipped, it falls under our Return & Refund Policy
  • To cancel an order, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or phone
